Job Description:

Position: Technical Recruiters as Interns

Eligible to Apply: BTECH/MBA Graduates currently in the last semester of their course or recently passed out(Freshers-2021)
Duration:  3 months
Location: Work From Home(candidates from Nagpur/Maharashtra region preferable)

Roles And Responsibilities:

-Writing/reviewing job descriptions and summary
-Promoting job description/summary through your social media accounts (including LinkedIn)
-Calling potential candidates
-Keeping track of the progress of the second round of interviews
-Sending profile summary with interview notes
-Coordinating interviews with candidates
-Conducting background checks
-Coordinating candidate joining and
-Obtaining post joining feedback from candidates.
-Maintaining databases and preparing reports as per requirement.
